Authority to represent

The Executive Board is authorised to represent the Foundation in accordance with § 8.1 and 2 of the German Surgical Foundation’s Articles of Association. Two members of the Executive Board jointly represent the Foundation externally within the meaning of § 26 of the German Civil Code (BGB); its Chairperson always represents the Foundation individually. Internally, the members of the Executive Board are jointly authorised and obliged to manage the Foundation’s affairs.
